Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive growth by selling our flagship IT Retainer services, along with innovative products and solutions created through our custom development and AI automation projects. You'll play a critical role in understanding client needs, positioning our offerings, and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research, outreach, networking, and strategic engagement.
  • Articulate and sell the value of our IT Retainer and custom-built software solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client requirements, pain points, and long-term technology goals.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to craft proposals and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities, leveraging CRM tools to maintain detailed account records and forecasting.
  • Foster lasting relationships through excellent customer experience and strategic account management.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented professional.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling technology retainers, managed services, or similar subscription-based offerings.
  • Background in engaging with small businesses and understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
