- What is an IT audit?
- When we start working together, we carefully review and document all technology used in your business. This lets us learn your systems so that we can effectively support you. It also gives your team visibility and lets us build a roadmap for improvement together.
- What happens after the audit?
- The audit has three deliverables: a catalog of tech in use, documentation and policies for your tech, and a roadmap for improvements. After the audit, we are your IT team. We work through the roadmap while being available for tech support.
- How does tech support work?
- We are available for email and phone support, as well as on-site when necessary. For non-emergencies, we commit to a 2-hour response during business hours, and we offer 24/7 emergency support.
- Do you do custom projects?
- Yes, we can build bespoke software when that's appropriate. We believe almost all small businesses do not need custom software; it is cheaper and more effective to use existing tools, properly managed. That said, we have built custom apps, and we have the team to do so.
